03/24/2023 These positions will assist guests in various locations throughout the park.
2 maintenance positions -will require work in the elements performing landscaping, janitorial, and minor building maintenance duties.
1 Facility Manager and 2 customer service positions are available in the Visitor's Information Center and include greeting, registering, checking out guests, assisting guests during their stay, and provides information to the public.
Job duties include operating a cash register, selling merchandise, completing cash reports, handling transactions and paperwork related to campsites, stocking shelves, answering phones, providing information and assistance, and other duties as assigned.
1 Facility Manager and 3 customer service positions are available Diamond Discovery Center which require customer service, cash handling, and distributing digging supplies.
1 Pool Manager, 10 Lifeguards, and 2 Ticket Booth positions are available in our pool area.
These positions require Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
Job duties include maintaining a safe swimming environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool and surrounding areas, operating a cash register, handling transactions, and other duties as assigned.
Applicant must be able to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Customer service experience/skills is preferred.
Applicant must be at least 16 years of age.
A criminal background check is required for positions dealing with cash or children.
Applicants must meet or exceed the following
Qualifications:
Depending on the position, a valid Arkansas driver's license is required.
Some positions are required to undergo a criminal background check and/or safe driving check.
Some positions require completion of specialized training such as Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
